Your access to SBH website and use of facilities and booking platform are conditioned on your compliance with these terms and your acceptance. These terms apply to all patrons, visitors, and other users who use or access the facilities and booking platform. By using the facilities and accessing the booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the facilities and booking platform. Any violation to these Terms and Conditions will automatically cancel present or future booking(s) and all associated booking fee(s) will not be refunded.
- All bookings must be made via our website https://singaporebadmintonhall.com/ subject to availability and successful payment of booking fees on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- All regular and block booking must be made directly to Singapore Badminton Hall. Subject to availability and successful payment of booking fees on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- All booking fees reflected in the booking platform on our website, are subject to changes without prior notice.
- All courts are available for booking on an hourly basis subject to change without prior notice. New booking slots are released daily.
- SBH reserves the right at any time without prior notice to set aside facilities for tournaments, exhibitions and other social activities.
- Confirmed booking are final and not cancellable.
- Strictly all booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Hirers shall use the courts in accordance with the confirmed booking details and timing.

- Event bookings of our hall is currently not available in booking platform. For such matters, please call or WhatsApp +65 9889 0736 for Singapore Badminton Hall at SIMS (SBH @SIMS) and +65 9002 9764 for Singapore Badminton Hall at Expo (SBH @ Expo) directly.
- Bookings are not final until full payment is made, and a confirmation email is issued.
- All bookings must contain your complete name, phone number and email address. All personal information shall only be kept internally and processed with strictest privacy and confidentiality by Singapore Badminton Hall.
- All booking subject with processing fees.
- Any preparation must be made within the hour(s) of confirmed booking time.
- Hirers shall vacate the courts within 5 mins upon the conclusion of their booking time.
- Hirers are not allowed to assign, rent or resell any bookings of the courts without prior written consent from SBH Staff/Office.
- Use of lobby and control room are subject with fees.
- Wear proper sports attire. Marking Shoes are not allowed. Players who do not conform to this condition will be asked to leave the hall.
- We do not accept any responsibility for the safekeeping of clothing, valuables or any other personal property inside office. Our Staff are not authorized to accept custody of such property.
- Any item brought into the facilities considered to be a risk, by the Hirer or associated parties, will be required to be removed. We do not accept responsibility for any accidents or incidents arising through any item(s) of risk brought onto the premises.
- Hirers and together with his/ her company must comply with all instructions given by SBH staff, in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
- Hirers are responsible of their First Aid arrangements.
- SBH is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If lost items are found on the premises, it will be kept for up to 7 days and donated to charity if not claimed.
- Hirers shall accept full responsibility for any damage or loss to our property as a result of their negligence and will be liable to any costs to repair or replace any damaged property.
- Sale or consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in SBH premises.
- SBH does not allow weapons in the facilities. Anyone found to be violating this policy will be required to leave the premises immediately without refund and may be barred from entering in the future.
- All litter must be disposed in the bins provided or taken away.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in SBH premises.
- Pets are not permitted in SBH.
Failure to comply may result in the termination of all bookings and future use, without refund of booking fees and any other applicable fees. We reserve the right to determine, amend, add to, delete from, or vary the terms contained herein without prior notice.
